Welcome to Peacemakers Ministries (the “Organization”). By accessing our website: peacemakersministries.org (the “Site”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   By using this Site and making a donation, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of the Site:
   You may use the Site for lawful purposes and following these Terms. You agree not to:
   -Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
   -Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site.
   -Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
3. Donations and Refund:
   Donations made through the Site are voluntary. By submitting a donation, you confirm that you are providing a valid payment method and that you authorize the Organization to process your donation. All donations are non-refundable. The Organisation may consider a refund if the donation was made accidentally or in some other extremely unusual circumstance if a written request is submitted within 48 hours of the donation. The Organisation will never issue a refund after the donated funds have been granted to a project.
4. Payment Processing:
   Donations are processed through the payment gateway Razorpay. By making a donation, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions as well. The Organization is not responsible for any issues that arise during the payment process.
5. Tax Exemption:
   Please note that the Organization is currently in the process of applying for 12A/80G certification. Until the application is approved, the Organisation will not be able to provide tax exemptions or benefits for donations made to the Organization.
6. Intellectual Property:
   All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to the Organization and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without express written permission from the Organization.
7. User Contributions:
   You may have the opportunity to submit content to the Site (e.g., Comments, Prayers, Testimonials). By submitting content, you grant the Organization a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.
8. Disclaimers:
   The Organization makes no representations about the accuracy or reliability of the content on the Site. The Site is provided on an “as is” basis, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Third-Party Links:
   Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites. Your interactions with these third-party sites are at your own risk.
